FACTS Family Portal
Your Central Hub for All Things HCA
All inquiries, applications, and enrollment are processed through FACTS. Once enrolled, each family will receive access to the FACTS Family Portal, a secure, user-friendly platform designed to keep you connected and informed.
Within the portal, you can view important school information such as the academic calendar, staff directory, and resource documents. You'll also have access to your child's grades, lesson plans, attendance records, behavior reports, and documentation of office or medical visits.
In addition, the portal provides full access to your family's financial account, where you can check your balance, review payment history, and conveniently make payments at any time.

School Lunch Program
Heritage Christian Academy offers delicious, healthy weekday lunches including lasagna, fried chicken, vegetable soup, and club sandwiches. Friday is pizza day! Each meal comes with a choice of drink: milk, lemonade, water, or tea.

Ordering Schedule: Place orders for each month during the previous month (for example, order September lunches in August)

Forgot to Order? If you forget to order or need to make a last-minute change, contact the school office. We'll provide lunch for your child and charge your FACTS account.

Before & After Care
Flexible Care for Busy Families
Heritage Christian Academy offers convenient before- and after-school care for families who need extended hours. Registration is simple, and families are automatically billed through FACTS by the day based on actual attendance.
Before School Care

Hours: 7:00 - 7:45 AM
-
Cost: $5 per day or $20 per week
-
Important: Any student dropped off before 7:45 AM will be assessed before care fees. No student should wait on the front porch before 7:45 AM

Procedure: Students will be released to go to class at 7:50 AM
After School Care

Hours: 3:00 - 5:30 PM

Cost: $10 per day or $40 per week
Automatic Enrollment Policy
To ensure student safety and supervision, students remaining on campus after dismissal will automatically be sent to aftercare with charges applied to your FACTS account:

K4-3rd Grade: Students remaining after 2:55 PM

4th-5th Grade: Students remaining after 3:10 PM
-
6th-12th Grade: Students remaining after 3:40 PM
Age-Appropriate Supervision
Our K4 through 2nd-grade students are monitored in one building while 3rd graders and older students are supervised in a separate building, ensuring age-appropriate activities and care.
Late Pickup Policy

Additional charge: $5 for every 10 minutes after 5:30 PM

Emergency contact: Cell phone numbers are available for parents who need to reach aftercare staff
