Our streamlined online application makes applying for any grade level from PreK through 12th grade easy.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Create Your Account - Set up your FACTS account with your email and password

  2. Complete the Application - Fill out all required sections at your own pace. Your progress automatically saves, so you can log in and out as needed

  3. Track Your Progress - A green checkmark will appear next to each section once all required fields are completed

  4. Review and Submit - Review your completed application, pay the $275 application fee, and submit

 

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your completed application, our Admissions team will review it and contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule your campus visit and discuss next steps.

What to Expect During Your Visit:

  • Campus Tour - Walk through our classrooms, library, science labs, gymnasium, and other facilities while learning about our programs and philosophy from our admissions team.

  • Meet the Teachers - Depending on your visit timing, you may have the opportunity to meet teachers from your child's prospective grade level and ask questions about curriculum and classroom life.

  • Observe Classes - See our small class sizes and individualized attention in action. Watch how our teachers integrate faith and learning in age-appropriate ways.

  • Connect with Leadership - Meet our Head of School, Dr. Spurka, and other administrative team members who can answer questions about HCA's vision and direction.

We believe a quality Christian education should be accessible to families who share our values and commitment to academic excellence. Heritage Christian Academy offers competitive tuition rates and multiple financial assistance options to help make HCA education affordable for your family.

Payment Plan Options & Tuition Structures

Payment Plans

Annual Payment: 

  • Annual tuition for grades PreK - 5th $7,500

  • Annual tuition for grades 6th -12th $8,900

 

Semester Payments: 

  • Semester tuition for PreK - 5th $3,800 per semester

  • Semester tuition for 6th -12th $4,600 per semester

 

Monthly Payments: 

  • PreK - 5th $780 per month

  • 6th -12th is $940 per month

Tuition Structures

Dual Enrollment

No financial aid or discounts are available on dual enrollment rates.

​

Two HCA Class Minimum

  • Two classes are $1,500/Semester with an additional fee of $750 for each additional class.

  • Two classes are $325/Month with an additional fee of $170 for each additional class. 

 

Multi-Child Discounts

After paying full tuition for the first child, families are eligible to receive a 20% discount for additional siblings. If other discounts apply, such as financial aid or faculty discounts, families will receive the highest discount. Discounts will not be stacked.

Additional Costs

  • Registration Fee: $200 per returning student / $275 per new student. 

  • Athletics: $125 5th grade / $175 6th - 8th grade / $250 9th - 12th grade per sport (if participating)

  • Before Care: $5 a day or $20 a week

  • After Care: $10 a day or $40 a week

  • Lunch Program: Optional

  • Field Trips and Special Events: Varies by grade level and activity

Financial Aid Options

Georgia Student Scholarship Organization (GASSO)
Take advantage of Georgia's tax credit program that allows you to redirect your Georgia state taxes to support private school tuition. This program can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket tuition costs.

Our admissions process is designed to ensure Heritage Christian Academy is the right fit for your child and your family. We want every student at HCA to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually in our community.

OUR ADMISSION STANDARDS

Our Admissions Committee carefully reviews each applicant to determine their ability to successfully meet the expectations of HCA's academic programs. We seek students who demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the school community. At Heritage Christian Academy, we value lifelong learning, diversity, honor, and respect, and we look for students and families who share these commitments.

 

Faith Commitment

Families must review, agree with, and sign our Statement of Faith, affirming their support of HCA's Christian mission and biblical values.

 

ADMISSION TIMELINE

Year-Round Enrollment

  • Heritage Christian Academy accepts applications throughout the year, pending classroom availability. We welcome new students at any time as long as space is available in their grade level.

How Quickly Can My Child Start?

  • A new student can start as soon as they complete the application and enrollment process and receive all required records. However, we must have official records from previous schools before enrollment can be finalized.

Class Availability

  • If a class is at capacity, your child will be placed on a waiting list and contacted in the order applications were received as openings occur.

Financial Aid

  • Financial aid applications are accepted throughout the year. We encourage families to apply early for the best opportunity to receive assistance. Aid is awarded as long as funds are available.

Character Development Schools
Pre-K and Kindergarten

Process

  1. Schedule a campus visit

  2. Complete the online application

  3. Submit the $275 new student application fee

  4. Schedule a shadow day

Requirements

  • Age Requirements: PreK4 (4 years old by September 1st), Kindergarten (5 years old by September 1st)

  • Potty Training: PreK4 students must be fully potty trained

  • Developmental Readiness: Shadow day to ensure readiness for the classroom environment

Heritage Christian Academy
1st - 5th Grade

Process

  1. Schedule a campus visit

  2. Complete the online application

  3. Submit the $275 new student application fee

  4. Schedule a shadow visit

  5. Provide teacher reference forms

  6. Submit report card and all available academic records, including:

    • Previous school records (grades, attendance, behavior details)

    • Standardized test scores (if available)

    • Gifted services, EIP services, and/or IEP/504 documentation (if applicable)

    • Birth certificate and social security card

  7. Provide previous school records, including behavioral history

Requirements

  • Previous School Records: Official records including grades, attendance, behavior details, and standardized test scores (if available)

  • Teacher Recommendation: Reference from current teacher

  • Required Documents: Birth certificate and social security card

Christian Academy Brunswick
6th - 12th Grade

Process

  1. Schedule a campus visit

  2. Complete the online application, including the student questionnaire and essay (written in the student's own handwriting)

  3. Submit the $275 new student application fee

  4. Schedule a shadow visit

  5. Provide teacher and pastor reference forms

  6. Submit transcript/report card and all available academic records, including:

    • Official transcripts from all previous schools

    • Standardized test scores (if available)

    • Gifted services, EIP services, and/or IEP/504 documentation (if applicable)

  7. Provide previous school records, including behavioral history

​

Requirements

  • Academic Records: Official transcripts from previous schools

  • Standardized Test Scores: Required if the student has taken them and scores are available

  • Student Questionnaire: Includes an essay written in the student's own handwriting

  • Character References: From the teacher and pastor

Required Documents

Upon Enrollment:
