Visitors Protocols
Welcome to the Campus
Upon arrival at Heritage Christian Academy, you'll notice three main buildings along with our church. The Lower School Building houses our main office and administrative staff and serves as the primary entry point for visitors. This is where you'll check students in and out, drop off lunches, and find answers to general or bookkeeping questions. Students in K4 through 5th grade attend classes in this building.
The gymnasium serves as a central point between the Lower and Upper School buildings. The Upper School Building, located on the far left, is home to students in 6th through 12th grade.
Procedures to Follow
All visitors must check in at the main office in the Lower School Building:

Ring the buzzer to be admitted and check in with our receptionist, Mrs. Courtney

If checking out a student, you'll need to sign them out and present identification if requested. Your child will be brought to you at the main office

Visitors attending school events or volunteering on campus will receive a visitor badge indicating the date and time of entry
Visiting Hours
You are welcome to visit the school anytime during the school day. Office hours are 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM.
If you wish to speak with a teacher or administrator, please email them first to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome at the main office for general questions.
