HCA Parents and Student Athletes
We are pleased to announce that at this year's Open House on Aug. 6th at 6pm, HCA has arranged to offer
physicals for your student athlete at no charge to you. Please make plans to be at Open House.
IMPORTANT: All athletes must have a physical prior to participating in practice. This is a simple form that needs to be completed by a physician. Forms may be obtained at orientation, from the HCA main office or from link below.
As with any sport or literary event, a $100 GISA flat fee will be required. This is a one time fee only; this will cover any and every sports and literary event in which the student participates.
